**If you’re an early career sales professional, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Associate to join our dynamic and fast-paced North American Sales team.**

**The opportunity**

Working closely with the Regional Sales Partner, the Regional Sales Manager and the Associate Director of North American Sales and other internal key stakeholders to leverage market and customer intelligence to reach objectives, you'll implement a sales strategy developed with Regional Sales Partners and Regional Sales Managers for the Midwest region, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You'll display in-depth knowledge of AM products and your customer base to develop the sales pipeline for the Midwest Territory, with an emphasis on accuracy, data analysis and excellent prioritization.

The Regional Sales Associate builds excellent relationships with existing customer institutions, establishing long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across the library team in support of negotiating and closing business building New and Development customers relationships to continue to grow our customer base.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- To be a strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships quickly
- To be well organised, with good prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- To work well under pressure
- Entry level sales experience, with a customer focused attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Willingness to undergo negotiation, networking and consultative sales skills training
- The ability to travel for 20-35% of your time throughout the year
