This is an opportunity to join a well known firm who are looking to strengthen their busy residential conveyancing team.
The firm are stable and are performing well and never have to advertise, all the work comes in via word of mouth. However currently there is a surplus of work and they are having to turn work away which they do not wish to do As a result there is an immediatevacancy for someone to handle their own caseload of traditional sales and purchase matters including some high net worth transactions as the firm are based in an affluent area.
You will benefit from modern case management systems and from secretarial and legal assistant support.
There can be a degree of flexibility around the core hours to suit individual circumstances. If you are the right fit for the firm then anything is possible.
The firm get a lot of repeat business and their hourly rates are not the cheapest so it's all about being able to offer a very high level of service to all clients.
