The Client Success Executive role delivers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing client success team in a market that is in a high period of change. Established as a platform solution in the UK and Australia with strategic relationships stretching across Europe. Over the next 12 months we are heavily investing in our client success team in AU and the UK as the demand for our platform solution increases.

As a client success executive your role will primarily be to engage with clients, cultivating relationships and increasing the value of the client to the business, whilst representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. You will be responsible for onboarding clients on the MyWorkpapers platform, responding to support queries and provide training to our clients to ensure a successful roll-out of MyWorkpapers and establishing our platform as a long term solution for their practice.

To be successful, you will be pro-active, forward thinking, a fast learner, professional and determined. Joining an enthusiastic close knit growing team you will be a team player but still able to excel as an individual.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand who are new clients / new subscriptions and that they have received initial automated information, liaising with the Existing Business team.
- Create and implement onboarding plans for clients with milestones, so that clients and internal stakeholders are fully aware of their requirements and associated timeframes
- Deliver training, custom template builds and other professional services
- Upgrades to subscriptions
- Health checks on all clients
- Liaise with colleagues in the company on client use of the product and content
- Create, build and manage learning and training collateral ie Help Centre and LMS
- Provide support to the Marketplace team on industry content builds - new and updates
- Provide pre-sale technical support to sales team colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of cloud technology and SaaS
- High level of attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliability
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Self-sufficient in implementing projects from start to finish
- High level of organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks based on incoming workflows, able to manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously
- Skills to independently evaluate and define client and system needs
- Desirable: Public practice experience, or working closely with accountants
- Desirable: Experience using Salesforce, Zen Desk.
