Your initial responsibilities will encompass the following:

- Perform daily tasks within the finance department with a strong focus on accuracy, including reconciling the Accounts Receivable roll-forward, cash book reconciliation, and maintaining a comprehensive audit trail.
- Take ownership of producing reliable weekly management reports within agreed deadlines.
- Develop expertise in executing weekly tasks such as agency timesheets, managing purchase cards, and preparing intercompany schedules.
- Skilfully create and post journal entries with comprehensive workings, covering accruals, prepayments, and recharges.
- Conduct reconciliations of General Ledger accounts and provide balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate within a team to identify and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and provide support during audits.

Qualifications and Experience:
Currently enrolled in CIMA/ACCA or ready to embark on a career with a company dedicated to staff development.

Desirable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ledgers, with a penchant for adapting to change and tackling new challenges.

Familiarity with SAP is desirable, while essential skills include proficiency in spreadsheet functions, including PivotTables, Sumifs, and VLOOKUPs.

A customer-centric approach and the ability to work independently are essential attributes for this role.
