Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom Enterprise Holdings Full time

We are Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned business with a global presence and a portfolio of well-known brands. Our $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries make us the leading mobility provider in the world.

As a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that offers extensive career development opportunities. Our company culture encourages employees to progress forward on their own career path, and we reward your development with pay increases and promotions.

The role is based in Oxford, where you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships. You will gain experience in cost control, sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service while marketing to local business partners and building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

You will work closely with experienced mentors who were once in your shoes, learning valuable business skills from capable colleagues. In fact, almost all of our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

This comprehensive training programme allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in its success. You will have the chance to develop skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service, which will provide you with a well-rounded experience.

In this role, you will also learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff. As you progress, more opportunities will become available to you, and you can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or explore other exciting options within Enterprise.

Our company values diversity and inclusion, having been recognized as a leader in these areas. We prioritize equal opportunities and encourage all employees to be the best they can be.

In terms of salary, we offer an estimated annual salary of £25,500-£30,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. This compensation package reflects the level of responsibility and skills required for this position.
