The UCL Division of Psychiatry, located within the Faculty of Brain Sciences, is a world-renowned centre of excellence in mental health research. **About the role**:
An enthusiastic individual is sought for this part-time post in the Whitehall II study, a prestigious longitudinal cohort study. The Whitehall II study has over 360,000 samples in storage collected over several phases since 1985. The postholder will have administrative and managerial responsibilities for the Whitehall II biobank which is housed in UCL premises at 1-19 Torrington Place, London WC1E.

The postholder will be a member of the Whitehall II Study Team which includes scientific and support staff and the postholder will also liaise with external agencies.

This is a part time 0.2 FTE post available from 01 March 2024 until 31 March 2025 in the first instance.

**About you**:
The postholder will have experience of sample management, including sample sorting, ordering, raising POs and coordinating couriers for national and international shipments. They will be organised and meticulous in record keeping including logging and tracking samples, maintaining high levels of accuracy in database entry.
