We are currently recruiting for a **Behaviour Mentor** to work in an alternative education provider based close to **Bingham**. This school provide outdoor learning experiences for young people aged between **7-18 **who have experienced early life trauma.

This role involves supporting hard to reach students who are not accessing mainstream education to promote learning in a 1:1 capacity between the hours of 8:30am-16:30pm, Monday-Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a caseload of workers
- Provide dedicated tutoring & pastoral support
- Linking with education providers in the local area
- Support students to access vocational training courses
- Be in charge of their education experience, plan and create your own inclusive sessions 1:1

**Requirements**:

- Hold a full UK Driving license (due to rural location of provision)
- Educated to Degree level or hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Have experience working with SEN learners ages 7-18
- Have experience of planning your own sessions
- Have at least 1 years’ experience working with vulnerable young people.
- Natural ability to build rapport whilst being a resilient character
- Able to deliver clear expectations
