Property & Concessions Coordinator

As a Property & Concession Co-ordinator, you will support the Head of Property with looking after the entire Homebase estate (including our stores, DC’s & Store Support Centre) to ensure good estates management principles are kept across the portfolio. You will provide assistance in all aspects of property management, concession management, administration and reporting and be the first point of contact for Landlord’s and their agents to ensure obligations under our leases are maintained and our stores’ trade is not impacted.

**Contract**: Perm, 35 Hours per week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm)

**Location**:We operate a hybrid working policy which means you will be based out of our Milton Keynes Store Support Centre and you decide with your manager and team what works best for you and the role you do If that means working from home, then work from home. If you prefer to work in an office, store, or distribution center, then you're welcome to work from there. All we ask is that if your manager or team needs you, you are available to come into Milton Keynes for meetings, check-ins, collaboration, and some fun. This may be more regularly during some of our busier, peak periods (up to 4 days per week on occasion, but you can expect to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week regularly).

**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting in ensuring good estate management principles are kept across the Homebase portfolio
- Ensuring obligations under our leases are maintained so our stores’ trade is not impacted
- Assisting the Head of Property in liaising with Landlord’s and agents as required
- Administering of tenancy and license agreements
- Administering and managing concession agreements
- General input and administration of databases

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects
