Our client, a leading company that specialise in the design and manufacture of outdoor leisure facilities require an Aftersales Coordinator to join them in Milton Keynes. If successful, you will be joining part of the Aftersales Team whose primary functionis to assist the field-based inspectors and engineers who carry out operational inspections and minor repairs on sites across the country.

This role is a key point of contact for the office team and the home-based engineers and takes responsibility to effectively manage and coordinate the diaries and work orders of the engineers booking in their repairs and warranty claims.

**Aftersales CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Creating, checking, and loading work orders to the Microsoft outlook diaries for all Engineers
- Ensuring the engineers are in the correct location prior to the works
- Checking work completions from the engineers and forwarding to the customers and other team members
- Works simultaneously on multiple projects, balancing workload and communicating when support is needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Dealing with the Engineers on the phone regarding any quires on the work orders
- Collection and processing of day sheets / time sheets
- Maintaining and checking tracker data

**Aftersales CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- Experience of working in a support role, as office-based support to field-based engineers working in practical roles.
- Good geographical knowledge and use of planning tools, google maps, trackers etc
- Proven capability of multi-tasking and working to multiple fixed deadlines
- Competent in checking work ordered, ensuring parts have arrived and effective planning of small repair works, excellent attention to detail is required
- Working within business systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM / Navision ERP or similar)
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, excel and outlook.

**Aftersales CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £23k to £25k DOE
- 3k Bonus Scheme
- 5 hours a week (Monday - Friday, 1-hour lunch break)
