**Particularly in smaller organisations, the employees are often the Company’s best assets. Many SMEs are not large enough to warrant the costs of employing a full time HR presence, but at some point, everyone needs a helping hand so business owners can get on with the day to day running of their business.**
The HR Dept provides professional HR expertise and support at a cost that makes sense for SMEs. We become a company’s outsourced HR Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Organise and manage office files and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries.
- Assist with the organisation of meetings and events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
