**Peter Harding Wealth Management** (who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc*) are going through an exciting period of growth and expansion, which has created an excellent opportunity for a full-time professional CRM & DAta Administrator to join our well established and highly successful Practice in our Head Office in Shaftesbury.

As our CRM & Data Administrator you will be joining our Data Maintenance team who play an integral part in improving the processes, procedures and systems of our fast-paced team.

**About the role**

Main duties of the CRM Administrator include:

- Oversee and manage client database to maximize the features and benefits of the CRM
- Act as a point-of-resource to all the other departments in the company relating to Salesforce & to respond to queries raised by staff through the internal mailbox.
- To provide effective and clear recording of processes using process mapping techniques
- To create reports regularly and as requested and manage report templates and folders.
- Grant user access where necessary
- To provide system inductions to new staff and continuous training as and when required
- Maintain the integrity of the information stored in the CRM
- Responsible for monitoring data entered into the system by users and feeding back where necessary and providing further training if needed.
- To receive and respond to staff users CRM troubleshooting queries
- Build, run and circulate reports within the business to aid the operation and inform the business decision making.
- To work with 3rd parties to further define the functionality/capability of the CRM as this is still in development.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes within the business and ensuring the smooth rollout of any changes.
- Continual ad-hoc project work
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure GDPR compliance
- Ensuring and highlighting compliance throughout the business where data is concerned

**About you**

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

You will have previously worked in an administrative role or come from a CRM background, ideally within the Financial Services sector, be a self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, have excellent IT and communication skills, and are highly organised and can make decisions. This is a very fast paced and demanding role and would suit someone that works well under pressure and as both part of a team and on their own.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
