- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in data entry tasks to update and maintain records accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support the team with tasks, as required.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**:

- Must have a 'can-do' attitude, with a keen eye for details.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be numerate; being a bookkeeping company, you can guarantee there will be numbers involved
- Essential to be able to work with the team, and help out at our busy times.
- Be able to prioritise your own workload, no micro-managing here
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting software is advantageous.
- Must be local and be able to commute from our head office in Shaftesbury.

**Position Specifics**:

- Part of Full-time role within the core hours from 9am to 5pm. Hours and working times to be discussed at the time of interview.
