This role will involve reporting to the Sustainability & Innovation Manager within our Support Services team. You will offer guidance and support to various internal teams, including Preconstruction, Delivery, MEICA, and Plant Yard. This presents a thrilling opportunity to exert a positive influence on an expanding enterprise operating in an ever-evolving construction landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and provide counsel on novel technologies and pioneering products/practices.
- Facilitate the assimilation of internal and client-driven initiatives.
- Assist project teams on-site in the adoption of tools and methodologies.
- Identify and disseminate best practices throughout the organisation.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to steer development efforts.
- Analyse gathered data to discern trends and gauge achievements.
- Engage in client forums and collaborative working groups.
- Play a pivotal role alongside our teams and clients in our pursuit of achieving net-zero emissions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A strong passion for contributing to carbon emission reduction efforts.
- Effective communication skills, enabling confident interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to adhere to business and functional processes and maintain an organized workflow.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities, as well as the self-motivation to work independently.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Possession of a valid UK Driver's License.
