**Job Description**:

- Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
- Benefits administration and scheme renewals
- Payroll Administration (starters/leavers and amendments) Family friendly leave advice and administration (maternity/paternity, parental, etc.).
- Data reporting including monthly Headcount and Organization Charts
- Assist in the “Ask HR” service responding to queries and providing advice to managers and colleagues
- Assist in the Fitness and Probity due diligence for the Irish entities in collaboration with compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with immigration processes for global locations, provide advice on visa/sponsorship and employment permit requirements across our locations.
- Administration and processing of internal mobility procedures (transfers, secondments, relocations etc).
- Ensure the HR system is updated with any changes, e.g., salary changes, job title changes, maternity leave, secondments, etc.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support with employee relations case work.
- Organization & Delivery of training courses including Global Induction, Dignity & Respect in The Workplace, People Management Fundamentals, Making The First Year Count, Career Conversations.
- Involvement in HR Projects & Initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally CIPD or Part Qualified
- A good level of education to GCSE/A Level or equivalent.
- A Batchelor’s degree (not essential).
- Knowledge of UK & European employment legislation.
- Training design & delivery.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence & Capability processes.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Proactive & Responsive.
- A collaborative approach.
- Clear and concise written and spoken communications skills; including being able to respond to appropriately to different audiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately.
- Ability to plan and prioritize.
- Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) & Power BI

Additional Information

You will have experience of advising stakeholders at all levels on HR policies and procedures, together with dealing with all levels of employees in a persuasive and credible manner.
