**Responsibilities**:
As our Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day office tasks to keep our operations smooth and efficient.
- Maintaining and organising client accounts.
- Assisting the team with daily duties, serving as a supportive backbone for our work.
- Liaising with clients, offering exceptional customer service, and fostering positive relationships.
- Keeping the office environment tidy and conducive to productivity.
- Accurately logging data into our computer systems and maintaining digital records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in computer use and familiar with standard office software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to address issues proactively and creatively.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Organise meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy.

**Salary**: £1,300.00-£1,600.00 per month
