**Responsibilities will include**:

- Building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts with any given sector focusing on individuals within sales, relationship management, marketing and product-related roles
- Proactively developing existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams at target investment managers
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from inception to completion
- Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc. within a business environment
- Working within a team to deliver on business targets
- Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness

**Preferred skills & competencies**:

- 4 years’ experience within recruitment
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Emotional intelligence and superior ability to manage complexity
- Strong team player
- Creative thinker
- Excellent project and process management skills
