Our Accounts team is at the heart of the company ensuring all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. We build relationships with our suppliers and customers alike. Openings within the accounts team do not crop up often and with the business growing at such a fast rate we are looking for an accounts assistant / administrator to join our established team.

This position is open to either a junior who is looking to start their career within the accounts environment alternatively some one who is looking for part time hours within a busy accounts office. This position has the potential to develop and grow along with the continued growth of the company.

Experience with Sage accounting is an advantage but not essential as we work with a bespoke sage accounting system and training will be given.

processes within the accounts payable department are:
ensuring supplier invoices are matched to purchase orders, costings are correct and invoices are entered.

reconciling customer statements

daily printing of supplier invoices

expense claims are authorised and entered before all payment procedures are run.

purchase order queries are raised and settled before invoices are entered.

accessing supplier portals for electronic invoices

supporting the finance team with various admin tasks.

liaising with internal departments within the company regarding invoice pricing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,052.41-£24,312.81 per year
