**Group Treasurer**

**Based at our Support Office in Milton Keynes/Hybrid**

Domino’s Pizza Group plc is the master franchisor for Domino’s primarily in the UK & Ireland, with overall system sales of c.£1.3Bn and annual EBIT of c.£100m. Over the last few years, the finance team has developed and expanded and is now looking to further develop by bringing additional talent on board. The team is fairly small and dynamic and benefits from a fairly straightforward business that still maintains the key aspects of a PLC reporting environment to provide a great experience. We’re looking to bring a Group Treasurer on board who can manage our Treasury function, providing effective management over our liquidity and credit risk, and drive improvements in processes across the treasury function.

The Group Treasurer is responsible for safeguarding all aspects of financial risk management and financial health of the business; and is crucial to the maintenance of financial control. The role encompasses aspects of daily and short-term cash management, process improvement, longer-term financial modelling and forecasting as well as managing our banking facilities, together with developing and managing our relationships with banking partners.

We’re looking for someone with the drive and experience to bring about process improvement in the function. Whilst Treasury management experience would be beneficial, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing new processes, understanding our overall cash and liquidity management, and developing effective strategies for managing our cash flow and foreign exchange risks.

**Responsibilities include**

**Cash and liquidity management**
- Forecasting cashflow positions taking into account borrowing needs and investment requirements
- Develop and maintaining short term (weekly thru 13-week) and longer term cash flow models for the Group

**Risk management**
- Ensuring that key financial risks are addressed relating to interest, foreign exchange and liquidity, and presenting risk management strategies to senior management
- Manage intercompany financing and ensure that balances are effectively structured and unwound when appropriate.

**Foreign exchange and hedging**
- Manage, assess and administer the Group’s foreign exchange exposure
- Work with the business to understand potential strategies and methods for effective foreign exchange risk management
- Work together with the business in implementation of hedge accounting practices

**Treasury operations**
- Manage operational requirements and management information requirements for our key facilities
- Prepare accurate covenant compliance statements on a timely basis

**What are we looking for?**
- Qualified either through recognised treasury qualification or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced Excel skills, with desire to develop into best practice models
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX would be beneficial, but not required
- Able to lead process improvement projects across the business
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong prioritisation ability
- Desire to understand the business and drive change
- Excellent organisation skills
- High analytical ability
- Team player able to work across the business
