Now recruiting for a skilled Marketing Communications Executive to cover maternity leave, the role is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a multi-faceted organisation and play a key role in all that we do.

**Location**:
A fully office-based role in Brighouse, Yorkshire.

**Purpose**:
To promote the Denford and F1 in Schools brands within the UK and international markets by performing wide-ranging marketing, PR, and communications activities.

*Responsibilities

*
- Continue to develop and execute the marketing strategy for both Denford and F1 in Schools.
- Social media marketing, managing the content creation and scheduling across different channels, with particular focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and implementing paid ad campaigns.
- Performing media outreach, creating, and distributing press releases to generate coverage for F1 in Schools, F1 in Schools UK, and Denford in education, motorsport, and regional media.
- Organise and facilitate the production and release of a monthly podcast for F1 in Schools.
- Supporting events and exhibitions, managing the production of graphics, media attendance, and wider promotion.
- Ensuring the F1 in Schools brand is effectively represented in line with guidelines, both internally and by international representatives responsible for delivering the competition in other markets.
- Sponsor relations, liaising with key partners on joint marketing activities and media outreach, generating impact reports.
- Designing marketing assets and materials for both online and print use, using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attending occasional industry-relevant events, which may fall outside of standard office hours, for example the Lenovo F1 in Schools UK National Finals.
- Website content management, ensuring new content is populated across all sites - notably case studies and news articles. Current platforms are Weebly and WordPress, however a move to Craft is planned.

Managing the creation of relevant marketing assets, such as photography, video assets, artwork, merchandise, brochures.
Identifying and assessing key advertising opportunities to reach our target audience/s.

**Person specification**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in marketing.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on creativity and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
