**Hybrid HR Coordinator - 6 Months Contract**
Resource Solutions are currently looking for a HR Coordinator/Administrator to join the EMEA HR Employee Solutions team to assist their global team based in the London office. Throughout the contingent/contract assignment at our global investment bank client you will be provided with a supportive and vibrant multinational environment, they accept individual differences and believe in collaborative team working.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- International Mobility
- Flexible Working Arrangements
- Performance Evaluation Process
- Reporting and Metrics
- Compensation and Promotion
- Payroll
**Skills required**:
- Proven administrative experience within a Human Resources function
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build relationships with managers at all levels
- Methodical, rational and logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Compensation/data experience or aptitude; strong numerical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Willingness to seek and identify alternative solutions when faced with an obstacle
- Ability to take ownership, to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable whilst aware of own limitations and of when to seek guidance from more experienced colleagues
- Strong team ethic and proven ability to work collaboratively
- Flexible and professional approach
- Ability to manage expectations of clients and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
