If you are a skilled BIM Coordinator looking to contribute to a groundbreaking project in the renewable energy sector, this contract role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative initiative.
Initially 3-6 month contract- can be based in their Farringdon office, or their Reading UK office. Offering hybrid schedule.

Role Overview:
As a Contract BIM Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for the battery manufacturing facility project. Your expertise in BIM software and coordination skills will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes for the project
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate BIM models and data effectively
- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure accurate and timely information exchange among stakeholders
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize design coordination and efficiency
- Support the project team in utilizing BIM for decision-making and project management

Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) with a strong background in architecture
- Experience in coordinating BIM processes and managing model data in complex projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in BIM deliverables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Bio: Laura has 10 years experience recruiting within the Architecture Industry. She started out her career working in New York - where she specialised in senior-level search & selection for the built environment. She joined Bespoke Careers in 2023 as an architecture recruitment consultant and works placing candidates on a contract basis as well as for roles within the Middle East.
