We’re on the hunt for an energetic leader to spearhead our comprehensive Men’s, Women’s, and Pan-disability Football Programme. With experience in FE, Non-League, or Professional settings, you’ll guide a diverse range of football pathways, inspiring the next generation of players. You’ll also drive our Academy Leadership and Activator programme, championing the ECFA Football Development Framework. If you’re enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to helping students achieve their best, we want you on our team Join us in creating a state-of-the-art, inclusive sports environment in Greater Birmingham.

This role will require some Evening and Weekend work during the regular Football Season (August to May). It will also require Pre-Season (July/August) activities that are outside of the regular working hours to suit the partners and sub-contracts. Flexibility will be required by the post holder to ensure that they are able to work alongside a range of stakeholders.
