**Financial Planning Administrator**

Sora Recruitment & HR are delighted to be partnering with a Wealth Management Firm, that is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Planning Administratorto join their reputable team in Cheltenham. Successful applicants will be positive, professional individuals who are confident working independently, as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities of a Financial Planning Administrator:

- Prepare all client valuations and supporting documentation for all review meetings.
- Track client review dates and book appointments on behalf of the advisors.
- Attend client meetings and take notations.
- Data entry into spreadsheets and input client data into a range of online databases.
- Maintain client files and where possible, store information online.
- Assist the advisors prepare and gather information on client policies and investments.
- Assist advisors with cases.
- Scan all relevant client information and incoming post from providers.
- Support with managing provisions within the office.

Skills and Experience of a Financial Planning Administrator:

- Financial Services experience ideally, but office admin experience preferred.
- Adept at Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word and generally computer literate.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised and can work to a deadline.
- Can work independently as well as being a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Package and Benefits of a Financial Planning Administrator:

- Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per annum
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays
- Location: Cheltenham
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
