**Job Title**: System Administrator

**Reporting to**: Corporate Resources Coordinator

**Role Overview**

Provide effective and efficient system administration including Salesforce and related items, working flexibly to support colleagues across the organisation in all systems and data matters as necessary.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Maintain the integrity of data on the Salesforce CRM, addressing any identified issues.
- Bridge the knowledge gap between the CRM system capabilities and the users who interact with it.
- Understand not only the CRM software but also business processes across the organisation and how they relate to the CRM software and its usage.
- Verify and reconcile data that has been entered into the group’s systems and educate users on how to correctly enter that information in the first place.
- Provide training and education for new users and for existing users as the CRM system evolves and grows.
- Understand how to customise and troubleshoot the software as needs change and feed in to proposed revisions to address system issues and/or enhance processes.
- Liaise with colleagues as necessary to ensure and deliver continual improvement in data quality, including regular reporting on key KPIs relating to CRM data and use
- Assist with the review and maintenance of group-wide quality assurance processes and compliance with relevant external quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)

**Other Responsibilities**
- Ensure appropriate treatment for ‘forget me’ and ‘unsubscribe’ requests however arriving in the organisation/database (e.g. through Hubspot or other means)
- Liaise with finance team on reporting of financial transactions originating through Salesforce and appropriate recording of relevant items (e.g. direct debits or deferrals)
- Create and maintain reports and key data dashboards for areas of the business as required
- Work flexibly in support of the operations of the organisation.
- Gain understanding of all aspects of the organisation in order to be able to accurately prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
- Encourage a culture of communication, trust and team working across the organisation.
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed, to ensure that the business and operational priorities of the organisation are at all times effectively delivered.

**General**

Person Specification

Key competencies, skills, knowledge & experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Previous use and knowledge of Salesforce including adding and editing users, contacts and data
- Organise priorities so that work is delivered accurately and on time
- Quality-focused approach to deliver the best possible service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions.
- Team player, willing to adapt to meet changing needs and circumstances
- Attention to detail and strong evidence of ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines
- Able to demonstrate high level of initiative and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
- An aptitude for adaptability and learning
- Experience of working in an office / hybrid environment.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
