We have an excellent **Sales Support and Order Processing **role in our **Wakefield** office on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Are you good with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to grasp new things quickly in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must? If so, we’d like to hear from you

This is an entry level position therefore open to college leavers.

**Main responsibilities**
- Administering sales orders throughout the whole process
- Developing and building excellent internal and external relationships
- Providing up-to-date, accurate and relevant data for the finance team
- Working with other business areas in creating and improving existing sales order reports
- Preparing sales analysis reports and developing projections and forecasts

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of sales order processing/logistics or willing to learn
- Numerate, quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems
- Can multitask, prioritise and balance multiple responsibilities
- Proactive, ability to take initiative for own work
- IT skills - Microsoft Office suite
- Excel skills helpful
- Willing to be trained up on SAP
