Do you love working with People with a passion for improvement & attention to detail? I am now recruiting a Administration Lead (People & Improvement) to work within our forward thinking Care Group.

To support the Care Group with the performance of our HR & People Information Analytics and be responsible for data quality across multiple speciality areas.

To help support the HR & People management needs and objectives of the Care Group. To be responsible for analysing a range of data across multiple areas within the Care Group.

To work closely with the Service Managers, Deputy Performance & Operations Managers and General Manager to provide accurate, high quality and robust data across multiple metrics whilst also exploring areas for improvement and supporting improving productivity, quality and efficiency.

To manage the Administration Team for a speciality area within the Care Group. Day to day line management and professional supervision to Medical Secretaries and booking teams will be required, ensuring best practice and adherence to Trust policies and procedures is always maintained.

The main duties of this job description are explained. However, these will continue to evolve to meet corporate objectives and NHS targets.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with

visitors during the busiest times of the year. We employ approximately 6,700 staff and have a budget of approximately £580 million.

We are a teaching hospital in partnership with the University of Exeter Medical School, University of Plymouth School of Nursing and Midwifery, and Peninsula Dental School.
