Our team in Truro, Cornwall are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative and support function to the wider team. This is a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. It is a multi-disciplinary service covering a wide range of in-house services including outreach, criminal justice family and community workers; nurses, doctors and pharmacists; work and learning and a secondary rehabilitation service.

We offer a wide range of interventions including a Needle and Syringe Programme; harm reduction advice and information; Psycho-social interventions; detoxification; rehabilitation; OST prescribing and a wide range of aftercare and in-to-work support.

We use a multi-agency approach, working with both statutory and non-statutory services to increase choice and positive outcomes for the people using this service.

We are looking for someone who can evidence strong leadership skills and able to demonstrate the ability to line manage a small team of service administrators in a busy treatment service. You will work alongside a second Lead Administrator, the Administration and Compliance Manager and head of Service Delivery to ensure the service is safe, compliant and working with organisational policy and procedure. The service is county-wide but the post will be to support our team in the West Cornwall.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Demonstrable experience in leading and influencing a team to deliver an effective service in a results-driven environment
- Knowledge and understanding of work based Health and Safety issues
- Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
- Strong and demonstrable people management skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills. Good oral and written communication.
- Ability to manage competing/conflicting demands under own initiative managing own or team workload
- Good analytical skills, eye for detail, methodical
- Good IT skills
- Resilient; ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Flexibility with working times and ability to visit other locations from time to time to deliver the services required
