**Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI**

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI

Industry Sector: Rainscreen Cladding, A&D, EWI, External Wall Insulation, Brick Slips, Render, Aluminium, Stone, Ceramic, Terracotta, Residential, Commercial, Education, Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Installers and Cladding Contractors

Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £48,000-£55,000 Neg. + £22,500 Uncapped Commission

Benefits: £500 per month car allowance & full benefits

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI will involve:

- Field sales position selling our clients high quality manufactured range of EWI (external wall insulation) render and brick slip rainscreen cladding systems
- 60% managing relationships with main contractors and installers
- 40% of your time winning specification projects with architects and other specifiers
- Small pipeline of projects, but the role will be predominantly new business development
- Targeting projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors, public and private
- Project values will vary from £75,000 up to £1m+
- Tasked with achieving a revenue target of circa £1.5m
- Excellent PR & marketing support (Barbour ABI etc.)

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding and EWI with:

- Field sales experience with rainscreen cladding or EWI external wall insulation
- May be open to other building envelope system field sales experience (cladding, render, brick slips, curtain walling etc.)
- Must have sold to main contractors or cladding installers
- Architectural specification field sales experience is not essential
- Comfortable with CPD presentations
- Preferably not worked for a well-recognised brand/ capable of knocking down doors and making a name for yourself and the company
- Needs to be a well organised, structured, self-motivated person with a proven track record in sales
