Working pattern: hybrid (9-5.30pm) 12 weeks training office based.

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,036-£25,339 per annum(depending on experience)

Benefits: Healthcare, pension, local discounts, and 22 days (rising to 25 days) annual leave plus bank holidays

**About the role**:
**About you**

To be successful in the role you’ll need to:

- Quality oriented with a desire to execute the tasks associated with the role to the highest possible standard.
- Diligent with a great eye for detail, meticulous and thorough when working ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
- Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet agreed deadlines and outcomes.
- Articulate and professional in written and verbal communication with the ability to act as an ambassador for the Company, demonstrating a professional and personable approach when communicating both internally and externally.
- Naturally inquisitive and demonstrate initiative. Be solutions focused with the ability to analyse situations methodically, diagnose problems and identify key issues.
- Be positive when working with change in both processes and workloads and embrace challenges, working well under pressure.

Key skills, qualifications and experience
- 2+ years customer service experience, preferably from within an office environment.
- Basic IT competency with the ability to navigate IT systems and software packages

It’s important to know that although prior experience of employment screening is beneficial it is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

The role may be considered on a hybrid or remote working basis following initial training ( 3 months) which will be office based.

**The important basics**

A basic criminal record check with DBS will be required for all successful applicants, having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances of your offences.
