Working Monday to Friday 37.5hours per week

(Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-14:00)

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Reconcile purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organise customer remittance advice and maintain up-to-date customer accounts within Xero.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by management.

**Special requirements**
- Self-driven and reliable with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when entering data is essential.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
