This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, family run business as their new Accounts Administrator. This is a varied role that requires an experienced accounts administrator who can multi-task, and can be relied on to carry out a range of confidentialand important tasks.

**THE COMPANY**
This niche business is family owned, and has been trading for over twelve years. They have many long-standing customers across the UK, and they pride themselves on the high standard of service they provide. You will be joining a small team, and working veryclosely with the owner of the company in their great Harwarden office.

**THE ROLE**
This role requires a great deal of experience and the confidence to deal with all aspects of the accounts and administration functions for the business. Initial training and hand over will be provided. Day to day duties will include:

- Credit Control
- VAT returns
- Payroll and PAYE
- Online banking
- Accounts reconciliation
- General admin
- Answering the telephones
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Any other duties required by the Manager

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role is essential
- SAGE experience
- Good knowledge of excel spreadsheets
- Credit control experience
- Knowledge of VAT returns
- Some experience of payroll
- Reliable and trustworthy

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**
This is a part-time role, that is flexible and could even work around school hours
- 28 hours per week (£18,200 per annum)
- Monday to Thursday 9am - 3pm
- Friday 9am - 1pm
- Training and support
