Our purpose is simple, to save lives at sea. Since the 19th century, our crews have been risking their lives to save those who are in danger of drowning. We’re looking for a Project Support Officer to join us until the end of 2023, providing project coordination, input, and support to the communications and rollout workstreams of the Lifesaving Learning Refresh project, the RNLI’s competence framework and learning system transformation programme.

**Your role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in project management, learning and development, and change communications.

As our new Project Support Officer, you will support the delivery of the communication and rollout workstreams of Lifesaving Learning Refresh, whilst also providing project coordination activities in line with overall RNLI project lifecycle governance and best practice processes.

You will play a key role in helping to scope, plan and maintain core project communication and learning outputs. They will help drive engagement and build the excitement and interest in Lifesaving Learning Refresh, and also contribute towards the overall learning strategy for our operational teams.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate experience of working within a formal project environment.
- Has strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Is experienced in the contribution towards, creation and maintenance of communications and learning artefacts.
- Is able to take initiative and proactively manage own workload.
