Part-time Transport Administrator

At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a **Part time Transport Administrator **based at our **Huthwaite **Depot.
**The position will involve**:
- Daily support for our fleet of 9 vehicles operating regionally.
- Liaising with other GDL transport departments.
- Provide dispatch & debrief communications with drivers.
- You will also be required to work closely with our customer to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- A range of associated administrative duties.
- Assisting in production of KPI’s and daily statistics.
- Assisting with on-site duties for the depot such as Time & Attendance for drivers, checking paperwork, booking stock plant in and out. Monitoring and auditing Health and Safety and compliance.
