Office Junior

Office junior required to join our growing Practice in Bangor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Date stamp all post, handle all post generally.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Logging wills, deeds and EPAs.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
Experience in working in a legal environment is desirable but not mandatory.
