**Job Title: Site Foreman - Civils and Groundworking**

**Type: Temporary (12 weeks), with potential for Permanent Placement**

**Salary: £280 per day (Competitive based on Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Management**: Lead and manage the groundworks team, ensuring tasks are assigned efficiently, and the team works cohesively to achieve project goals.

2. **Site Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate civils and groundworking activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.

3. **Hands-on Approach**: Be willing to assist and work alongside the team when necessary, demonstrating a hands-on approach to project execution.

4. **Equipment Operation**: Possess 360 Plant experience and proficiency in operating machinery such as dumpers, rollers, and other relevant equipment.

5. **Concrete and Drainage Footing**: Demonstrate expertise in concrete and drainage footing, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

**Requirements**:
1. **Extensive Experience**: Proven track record in civils and groundworking, showcasing significant experience in a similar role.

2. **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively guide and motivate the groundworks team.

3. **Hands-on Attitude**: Willingness to assist the team when needed, with a practical and hands-on approach to work.

4. **Plant Operation**: Proficiency in operating 360 Plant machinery, dumpers, rollers, and other relevant equipment.

5. **Concrete and Drainage Footing**: Expertise in concrete and drainage footing processes.

6.** Ideally you are able to produce RAMS reports
