**Dawsongroup Tectoniks ¦** design and manufacture a new generation of portable event, industrial, military and cold storage structures. Based on our proprietary inflatable technology our buildings exhibit exceptional structural performance whilst retaining all of the advantages of inflatable structures such as portability, rapid deployment and low environmental impact.

**Position Overview**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate inflatable structures according to specifications and design requirements for various assemblies, PVC and other materials.
- Light manufacturing assembly (cutting, sorting and gluing)
- Additional machinery operation (e.g., cutting table, heat press)
- Assisting the production team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the shop floor foreman or Managing Director.
- Proven experience as an industrial sewing machinist, preferably in the production enviroment or similar têxtile-based products.
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines related to industrial sewing and manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing and assembly processes.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
