Content Manager

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Manager to join the Internal Communications team of a well-known financial services brand; a great opportunity to join a high performing team and further develop your content creation and campaigns experience.
You'll join this purpose-driven business to drive forward and promote a new overarching business strategy, working as part of an established Corporate Communications team, focusing on devising and delivering exceptional, memorable and engaging IC contenton a wide variety of topics. With a background in content creation and a highly creative/innovative approach to crafting messaging across channels (intranet, video, events et al) you'll:
- have a nose for a story and will be adept at finding ways to clearly and memorably communicate purpose & priorities
- help educate and influence communicators across the business, reduce the volume of communications and improving impact and outcome
- act as a roving reporter, seeking out content and getting to know diverse audiences and their needs all across the business
- support high-profile campaigns, announcements and change activity
- craft high quality written, video and social media style communications in a creative way
- work together with team colleagues across key business areas to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging
- use tailored tone of voice and a strong understanding of differing audience needs
- collaborate with our in-house creative team, working together to develop exceptional video content and events, and with external suppliers when this can’t be supported in-house
About you:
You'll be an experienced internal communications pro with a strong background in creating content, written and visual, to meet clear briefs. A strong writer, collaborative, innovative, proactive and enthusiastic, you will thrive in a busy environment withmultiple projects running simultaneously. You may have experience of working in a communications agency, or have a varied background gained within different market sectors; your creativity, focus and execution will be well developed and you'll be seeking greaterautonomy and the chance to develop your career with a fantastic brand and high performing colleagues.
The role is seen as being largely remote, with occasional days in the Bristol office (you'll like be based in the South West within commuting distance of Bristol). A competitive basic salary, strong holiday, benefits and bonus.
