Training Executive

**About the Company**
The Connexus Group comprises of seven businesses providing a complete set of insurance, claims and legal services to insurance companies, fleet managers and some of the world’s largest motor manufacturers and dealerships. We work in partnership with our insurer, MGA and broker clients to provide a full range of outsourced services operating 24/7 services.
The purpose of this role is to support the compliance team in all training activities. This includes, designing training material, training members of our departments and conducting train the trainer sessions. The role predominantly focuses on Induction training, regulatory training, claims experience and complaints.
**Main areas of responsibilities-**
- To audit, update and design new training content for the regulated areas
- Induction across all areas - contact centre, claims teams, and insurance experience
- To confidently train a group of individuals
- To conduct train the trainer sessions for large groups, audit training to ensure it’s delivered accurately.
- To support management of all training documentation, handling guides and any other training guides.
- To audit against training and competency framework
- Responsible for keeping up to date on regulatory changes in the market and support in executing changes.
- Brand ambassador.
- To understand regulation and rules in relation to all aspects of the regulated estate.
- To ensure the team are receiving the right level of training, coaching and we have the right level of governance in place to remain compliant.
**Knowledge, Skills and Ability-**
- Experience of working in a training/regulated environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written demonstrating the correct brand values.
- Excellent written and oral communications, reporting and presentation skills.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
