**This Role**
This is a newly created role as we integrate our new businesses to the Donaldson Group. The headcount of our business has increased from c 900 to +1600 over the last year as the Donaldson Group have acquired a number of new, leading businesses.
It is an exciting time to join the organisation and within this role you will have the chance to help shape the way the HR Administration team support our 11 different businesses as we streamline our systems, processes and ways of working. With several new businesses with different structures and ways of working there is a lot to do.
In this role, you will contribute to the effective running of the Donaldson Group HR team by providing general administrative support in a number of areas including:
- All administrative aspects of recruitment, ranging from updating job descriptions to writing contracts.
- Coordinating Probationary paperwork
- Updating systems and trackers & providing reports
- Liaising with Occupational Health
- Training administration including co-ordination of training events
- Administering reward programmes
- Communications
- Liaising with outsourced payroll provider on payroll queries
Hours for the role are 36.75 hours per week. ½ day every second Friday. Start finish times can be flexible.
Normally 4 days working from home and 1 day on site, however there may be other ad-hoc days on site when required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
