**Opportunity to work from home 4 days per week**

Our client in the industrial sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join an established HR team. The role will lead a small HR support team and will report into the HR Director. This is an active role which will include getting involved in all aspects of HR.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support all aspects of recruitment, selection, and onboarding across the Group
- To prepare, check and issue contracts of employment
- Coordinate the annual appraisal process with line managers to ensure that Objectives/Annual reviews are completed within set timeframe
- Provide support to HR Business Partners as required
- Manage the HR Admin team including managing daily tasks and performance reviews.
- Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects as required.
- Responsible for processing, recording and maintaining all colleague HR documents.
- Update and maintain HR Records
- Support monthly payroll activities
- To provide administrative support across the full range of colleague life cycle processes
- To provide advice and guidance of colleague life cycle processes and terms and conditions of employment
- Liaise with line managers and provide support for all Occupational Health Assessments for colleagues
- Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner assist with ER matters by providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, including document preparation.
- Capture training needs and cost for training budget.
- Oversee Learning and Development administrative duties.

**Person Specification**
- Previous HR experience is essential
- Experience of leading and managing a team
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and that of others when required
- Flexibility - the ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most is crucial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proactive and able to use own initiative.
- A strong desire to learn and develop
- Team player - collaborative and supportive of colleagues.

There is the opportunity to work from home 4 days per week. In return, you will receive a salary of between £32,000-£35,000 (depending on experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
