**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Addison Close - Meet the People**
- I am a 60 year old man.
- I struggle with anxiety and often need reassurance.
- I need male only staff to support me. My staff team are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs, they have also completed their basic mandatory training to be able to best support me.

**What is important to us**
- I like to work at Key Enterprises as a bike technician during the week.
- Sometimes I like to cook, I also like to go on trips and watch film at Key as well.
- I like my staff to support me whilst I am not at Key Enterprises.
- I like to go shopping at Morrisons and go from walks with my staff team
- I like to attend the cafes and pubs on Byker High Street.
- I am quite independent and mainly need emotional support.
- I like my staff to be good listeners, supportive and give advice options for me to think about.
- I have a south facing back yard, which is a sunspot in summer and my back gate has access to a large communal area.

**My Home**
- The community is very lively where I live
- There are lots of shops, pubs and leisure facilities on my doorstep.
- Ouseburn Farm and The Cluny are located nearby.
- There are brilliant transport links. There are regular buses from Newcastle and a metro station within a 5-minute walk.

**Other information**
- I have part time one to one support and a sleepover each night.
- I work Monday to Friday so only have a few support hours during the week.
- I really enjoy staff that are outgoing, reliable and are good listeners.
