**Your new company**You will be working for an award winning business who is looking for someone to champion their Sales team and drive growth for the business. **Your new role**:

- Develop and execute the business sales strategy to align with the company's goals
- You will set sales objectives and support your team to achieve targets
- Create a long and shot terms sales plans and support your team to achieve the objectives set
- Upsell and cross sell to existing companies.
- You will forecast deliverables
- Analyse customers' needs and recommend products. Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply, promoting innovation, creativity and problem solving.
- You will develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and other high-value prospects, managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Monitor your teams performance against targets and deliverables, ensuring compliance.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Prior experience as a Sales Team Leader
- Excellent at converting business
- Experienced managing a Sales Pipeline
- Sales Staff Management including KPI setting
- Using CRM systems
- Enjoy leading a team
