**Patient Safety Facilitator**

Venn Group is currently working with a reputable healthcare organisation in London for a Patient Safety Facilitatorto support the organisation.
- Assist with the management of incidents on Datix and provide support to both the Head of Patient Safety and the Datix Governance Manager, to ensure that Datix works effectively.
- Support the Head of Patient Safety and the Patient Safety Investigator with meetings, reports and follow up of actions
- Carry out word and data processing as required by the department in a professional format including preparation of reports, minutes, presentations, and specifications and drafting response as and when required.
- Responsible for compiling and circulating agendas and papers, taking minutes as required within agreed timescales and Clinic protocols.

Job title: Patient Safety Facilitator

Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Daily rate: £118.55 - £144.44 PAYE including holiday pay, or £130.08 - £159.54 via umbrella

WFH: Office, home-based and hybrid all considered.
