More recruitment are actively looking to recruit a Transport Clerk for a client based in Coleshill

Our client is a leading provider within general haulage company dealing with ambient products, with locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Duties for the Transport Clerk will include
- Monitor all deliveries & report any issues, delays, breakdowns that are happening while drivers are out on the road.
- Ensure all documents are updated with a full breakdown of any issues that are occurring
- Assist with calls from our drivers and collection customers
- Must be flexible & be able to multi task
- Must have driving experience
- Excel Experience essential
- Deal with the queries as swiftly and professionally as possible
- This role is a great role for someone that would like to progress further in the transport industry.
- No weekends / BH working

**Salary**

PAYE salary £22.500k -£23.000K

Contracted hours 40 per week

The successful Transport Clerk will be required to have the following;
No Transport background not necessary is needed, full training will be provided on site.
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word & Excel)
- Inputting data on an excel spreadsheet experience.
- Good communication skills necessary.
- Good timekeeping, reliability and attention to detail, is a must.
- Ability to work with others and cope under pressure.
- Committed, hard working and Patient
- Able to Multitask at busy periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
