About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Transport Clerk. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning transportation routes efficiently, ensuring warehouse stock is accurately managed, and assisting with team leadership duties to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan transportation routes to optimize efficiency
- Manage warehouse stock levels and ensure drivers have necessary items before departure
- Assist with team leadership duties to maintain smooth daily operations
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics role is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team with at least two other staff members at all times
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
