Worked in a Recruitment/HR role previously? (Not essential but could be advantageous)

**REED Business Support** are working with a Specialist Recruitment Firm in **Bristol**, recruiting for an **Administrator** on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**:
£18,000 - £22,000

**Duties**:
Maintaining administration and personnel files.
Organising safety courses as and when required, after instruction from Account Managers or Personnel Coordinators and informing accordingly.
Registering the crew planning, including holidays, and ad hoc services.
Recording and reporting illness.
Organizing, travel, visa, lodging.
Filing incoming and outgoing correspondence as and when required.
Safeguarding timely receipt of all timesheets.

**Requirements**:
Able to read and understand documents related to working hours, statements and payroll related documents.
Able to interface with both field personnel and the Business Manager.
Organisational skills.
Minimum of 1 year admin experience.
Previously worked in a Recruitment industry (advantageous).
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of the English language, verbally and in writing.
Proof of financial and administrative competence, accurate with figures.
