**What you will be doing as a Recruitment Administrator**:

- Building and managing applicants' relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
- Working towards payroll deadlines
- Using the job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
- Using social media platforms such as LinkedIn to become an expert in the Construction Sector

**What experience is required for the role?**

No previous experience is needed for this role if you feel you have the confidence to build relationships and manage multiple tasks at any given time.
