We are delighted to be recruiting two Rehoming Customer Support staff members to join the Business Support Team.
Working within a highly focused team, the Rehoming Customer Support role is vital to the running of the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home operations.
Providing exceptional customer service, with responsibility for manning the phone lines, greeting customers, promoting fundraising initiatives and Home run events, processing donations, managing and maintaining all Front of House duties, processing animal intakes and assisting with Re-homing procedures.
You will be enthusiastic, reliable and confident in speaking to the public and managing a variety of office-based tasks, who can work proactively using own initiative.
**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
