**Overview**:
This is a vital role within our client's business and you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. As part of your daily role, you will support their friendly customer service first line support team and make their day by providing solutions and a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify customers’ needs and provide excellent first line support by providing solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of conversations in company eCRM systems
- Becoming a super user on the relevant software to support peers and customers
- Troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate with colleagues to support customers
- Excellent training is provided to support you as you work for our team on systems including eCRM, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and One Drive

**Desirable skills**:

- Strong communication skills for customers and colleagues
- Customer service skills
- Organisation skills
- Problem solving
- Keen on learning new skills
- Amazing training is provided but a passion for the role is important

**Salary**:
£14,000 per annum

**Working hours**:
37 hours per week

The team have a relaxed atmosphere and we want to support their staff to do well. They have guided 6 apprentices so far in the business and understand what it takes to help you succeed.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
