**Programme Administrator**

**£25,000 - £30,000 per annum Pro Rata (17-Months FTC)**:
21 hrs pw - Commencing February 2023

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training - SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.

The role will report into the Programme Delivery Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Employer Engagement Team with the administrative processes surrounding the Industry Insights programme. This will include liaising with employers and Further Education providers and the completion of associated documentation and tracking systems.

Additionally the postholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to project-work, taking full ownership of delegated tasks and responsibilities.
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have substantial experience of working in an administrative capacity
- Have prior experience of providing excellent customer service
- Hold previous experience communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent IT skills, including a working understanding of Office 365 & Sharepoint
- Show a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with KPIs and service standards
- Display a high standard of interpersonal skills and demonstratable ability to show sensitivity and tact in dealing with confidential matters
